outfit~*~ Amanda was practically seething with rage. She'd gone out with the intentions of seeing Kailah but not only would Jack not let her close, but she learned that he'd sent her daughter out of town. Her parents and Amber were watching Kailah and none of them wanted Amanda anywhere near them or the infant as apparently Jack had told them she was a danger to everyone around her. How the actual fuck had she become dangerous to the people she cared about? She'd never actually done anything to indicate that she would actually hurt them, heck Mason could vouch for that. She'd never laid a hand on her friend to hurt him, ever since they became friends that is. The witch had tried to get around the ban to see her daughter, tried to talk her mother into giving in, but when everything failed and she could hear the baby crying in the background, she just lost it. There was a storm coming, even she knew that. And she also knew she might be responsible for some of the havoc it would wreck soon if people didn't just give her a damn break. The cemetery seemed deserted at the late hour, which suited the red-haired just fine. In fact, she was rather excited about its emptiness as it meant she could really let out some frustration in the form of winds. Before, she would've thought fire was the best way to get the frustration out, but with the wind she could send her frustration where it needed to be and was determined to create a small storm for Jack, wherever he was with the pack. Give him something to think about. When she was interrupted in her thought process by the presence of a human, she tried waiting patiently for him to leave. Only when he didn't leave and approached her instead did she realize it wasn't safe and killed him slowly, a humored look played on her face as she watched the man writhe in pain as he was unable to breathe. Finally, she released her hold on him and let him stagger slightly away until he collapsed over a grave, passed out. "Asshole," she muttered under her breath and got ready to try again at her little trouble-making plan.

Casey had been able to find some amusement in keeping a human in his crypt for a while but he had soon grown bored once more. Crawling out from behind the sealed doors of its "tomb", the dragon made its way into the late night air, golden eyes a glow as it made its ways along the paths. Casey was thinking the place was going to be empty but found such wasnt going to be the case as the wind started to grow violent. It had to use its own glamour magic to push back at such winds, able to tell a witch was near by and not in a good mood. A smug and near hungry grin pulled across its face, knowing this meant it would be able to indulge in what seemed like very strong anger. Starting to move faster, it was quickly able to find the source and saw a woman starting to suffocate one of the human nightshift guards as if it were a rag doll. Casey loved its violence and all, but taking it out on strangers wasn't healthy in its mind. Leaning on one of the crypt walls, its gender neutral voice spoke up calmly.
"Now I'm sure he hadn't done anything wrong to you. Your magic could have so many more practical uses aside from suffocating an old cemetery guard."
Casey was trying its best not to drool as this woman was just pumped full of rage, the dragon just wanting to sink his teeth into it and make a feast of it.outfit

Amanda hadn't even been aware of someone else approaching her while she was getting ready to send Jack a little piece of her mind at his most recent behavior. What gave him the right to send her daughter out of town without even telling her? It didn't matter how mas he was at her, she deserved to know. She deserved to know how that little lovable monster was doing. After all, she still cared about her daughter more than anything in the world, even if people didn't see it.
So when she was interrupted by that genderless voice, she couldn't help the snarl that escaped her at what the boy had to say. "It's none of your damn business, but I was working on something much more useful when you interrupted again." In frustration at the constant interruptions, she sent another blast of wind at the seemingly innocent boy, even if he was slightly disturbing in its own way.
"What do you want?" She asked after she failed to send the boy away. He obviously wasn't a regular kid, or he wouldn't have been able to get so close to begin with. The ground was clear of fallen leaves in a wide radius from where she was standing as it had all been blown away. She was half tempted to try something a little more deadly to scare him away, but knowing her luck, it wouldn't work at all.

Casey liked the spark in this one. The rage was rolling off of her in waves and the dragon desperately wanted to eat every little bit of the emotion until there was none left. It stood its ground easily even after the wind trying to push it away and the woman not having any of it. The smirk played well on its lips as it stood far too relaxed for the situation at hand.
"The rage in you is just begging for me to devour it, so why not listen to it?"
It giggled like a girl before it made steady work of draining the rage and parts of the memory of why the red head was so angry. The dragon walked closer to her, tapping into some of its glamour magic to lift the unconscious human and to the edge of the cemetery where he could be found easily before draining as much as it could for the time being, clearly enjoying the taste and strength of the rage built up in the witch.

Amanda couldn't remember ever being this furious actually, but then again she'd never been permanently banned from seeing her daughter before either. No one knew how to push her buttons better than that werewolf and she had no idea how that had even happened. Regardless, she was confused at what he meant by devouring her rage as she didn't think people could actually do something like that.
Until she felt it gradually subside alongside why she was so upset to begin with. She was confused at first as to what was happening, then she just let it happen until she hugged the boy, holding him a little too tightly while he took away her hurt. A giggle escaped her as she'd almost forgotten how good it could feel to be free from the never ending torments for a little while.
"Thank you," she murmured, even if she was still slightly confused as to what was happening and why someone so innocent looking could make her feel so much better. She still could feel the magic bubbling just beneath the surface of her skin, but she had no need to use it to be destructive at the moment, she wanted to use it for something good for once. Letting go of the stranger, she stepped back and smiled shyly. "I have no idea what you just did though."

Casey couldn't help to let its smile widen at watching the woman start to relax and calm down. It had enjoyed the flavor and strength of the rage the witch had, finding it would want more of that as soon as it appeared. a soft chuckle left the dragon at the thanks and how out of it she seemed. It dusted something off of its coat before catching onto her asking what it had just done.
"The pleasure is all mine. You see i just ate your rage, removing it from you as if i were drinking wine. Now tell me, what is your name?"
it found the witch's change in behavior quite amusing as it went back to leaning on a nearby tombstone.

Amanda really couldn't help but feel like she'd lost a lot of weight off of her shoulders. Who'd have thought being so furious for whatever reason would be so tiresome and that she could be so relieved to be rid of it without actually doing anything. There was no way to describe how much easier it had made her day. Even if she still didn't fully understand why she'd been so angry to begin with.
"Amanda," she offered with a slight smile to the strange boy's question. "I didn't even know I had that in me to be honest. Usually I just deal with the problem and get it out of the way, but seems that there are some things not that easily dealt with." She knew it could only have been Jack that made her so furious that she'd try to do something as crazy as create the perfect storm over dry land, but she didn't seem to remember what he'd done and that was probably for the best.
For whatever reason, she was acting all carefree and in a good mood again, wondering what she could do for the stranger for helping her without asking for anything in return. Usually she'd hurt more people than the night shift guy before truly calming down, but she never had any regrets so she didn't really stop to think about finding another way to calm down when she just lost it like that. And her fuse wasn't very long to begin with.
"What are you?" She asked rather curiously now. She could honestly say she'd never come across anyone like that before.

Casey chuckled darkly at how the woman responded to this all. Not many knew what sort of emotions they could hold or just how destructive they could be, but the dragon knew how to play that perfectly to his advantage. It was amused by it all really, its smirk seeming to grow wide at being asked what it was.
"The best way to put what I am into words is a demonic dragon. It makes me quite useful to people."
It laughed again, the sound dark as it moved to lean back against one of the tombs. The dragon seemed far too casual about it all as it asked a question of its own.
"Now what is a once raging witch doing in this graveyard at this hour?"

The chuckle that left the boy sounded rather odd for the situation at hand. If she understood him correctly, he was the reason she was no longer in a rage ready to kill whoever had made her so angry to begin with. It was actually quite refreshing to be free of all those emotions for once. Nothing bothering her, nothing eating at her and no need to want to kill anyone for annoying her. Maybe it was a good thing that she'd made her way to the graveyard after all.
"Show me," she demanded. She knew she had absolutely no grounds to demand anything from the boy she now knew to be a dragon, but she wanted to see. "Please?" She added as an afterthought to try to be kinder to the creature that had made her day so much easier to get through.
Pulling a hand through her hair before she pulled it behind her ears, Amanda chuckled slightly at the question. "This place is usually deserted, which was exactly what I needed. It's also where a series of events unfolded that wound up giving me the perfect little girl, so I come here to think." Now, where had Jack taken her little girl so she was safe from the terror that was coming? Or had he taken her out of town to keep her safe from Amanda? Had things really gotten that out of control?
As she was wondering these things, she remembered what Jack had done to make her so outrageously angry, but the anger didn't return. Instead she could understand why he'd thought she needed to be kept away from her daughter. "I was going to murder that controlling werewolf for keeping her away. Jack had no right..." Sitting down on a tombstone, she rested her elbows on her thighs and leaned forward, placing her head in both her hands. A sigh of relief escaped her that she'd been stopped from killing the one person that would be able to help her daughter later in life when it was time to turn for the first time.

Casey wasn't surprised at the witch making the request to see its dragon form, but at the same time didn't understand how she could think this place was deserted on a regular basis. Casey knew of all the life and movement that this graveyard had, from the plants to the humans coming to grieve.
"I'm not one to share my real form, so you won't be greeted by my real face anytime soon."
It listened to her explain why she had been so angry and trying to take it out on the night guard. It couldn't help to chuckle in amusement. It never understood a creature needing to be so close to family. Were the common companion not enough? Casey watched with orange eyes as Amanda sat down on one of the tombstones. It had a smirk play on its face as it watched the woman look to be relieved that she was no longer in a rage.
"Well after tasting how divine your rage was, I see it was in the best interest of your child that this Jack fellow kept her away. So much anger is not something infants should be around, mainly if your temper is always so nasty."
Casey chuckled again, eyes and hair turning a brighter shade of orange. It found this so interesting, but then again the dragon knew very little about what went on in the town outside its cemetery.

Amanda knew it had been a long shot to even ask to see the dragon's true form and just nodded slightly at its explanation as to why he declined her request. She could understand, she rarely showed her true colors to people either unless she had no other choice. Mainly because she didn't want people to think of her as a monster merely because it would make her feel better to let go of her control.
"I always had a temper, but I was never murderous until recently. I've been quite on edge recently and Jack was right to take her away, it's safer for her not to be around in case someone makes me snap all over again. The last thing I want is to be a bad influence on her." Sighing softly, Amanda created a small rose of ice in her hand and placed it by the headstone she was sitting at.
"Maybe there's a way it could benefit both of us... If you feed on anger and I seem to have so much to give these days anyway..." she was talking without thinking really. But maybe there was a way they could help each other until she got back in control of her temper. She certainly couldn't go around killing people just because they annoyed the hell out of her, that was for sure. She needed to find something other than rage to fuel her when it came to using magic anyway.

Casey listened to what Amanda said, finding her situation to be like one of the many books it has started to occupy its time with. Orange eyes watched in amusement as the witch created a rose out of ice. It had always found entertainment in magic, though if it were to play the tricks wouldn't be too kind for the observers. The dragon seemed to perk up at hearing the witch ramble on about its ability to feed on anger being beneficial to the both of them. Casey moved to sit atop on of the taller headstones, its shape more like a box and rather ornate compared to the others.
"Oh really now? Exactly what is you had in mind miss Amanda?"
It chuckled again from where it sat, the grin on its face even rivaling that of the cheshire cat.

Amanda couldn't help but wonder exactly how she'd thought that they could help each other out. How would Casey be able to help her with her temper if he wasn't with her at all times, and how was she going to learn to deal with it on her own if he always removed it. Biting her lower lip for a moment, she looked up at the dragon curiously. "Well, I need to learn to deal with the rage sooner or later and not act out on it. Until then, maybe there is a way you can drain the worst of it from a distance? Just so I don't end up killing strangers that piss me off?"
Normally, Amanda couldn't care less about who she hurt, but right now that all her anger was gone for a short while, she realized she was able to feel so much more than the comfortable numbness. It was so much easier to just fuel her entire being into her emotions, which tended to make her use her magic for a lot of purposes she normally would never have used it.
"It's much easier to shut everything out and not get dragged into all the drama humans are so fond of creating." Hopefully she wouldn't regret asking the Dragon about this later, when she was more herself. Her new and improved self rather than the weak, whiny witch she was before.
